How should I store my pet chews?

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. No refrigeration needed — our freeze-dried and spore-forming formulas are shelf-stable by design. Reseal the bag after each use. Room temperature is perfect.

Can I give these chews to my dog every day?

Yes — every Feel Good formula is designed for daily use. Consistency is the whole point. Whether you're supporting gut health, joint structure, or daily ECS balance, daily use is what builds lasting results. Same time, every day.

What if my dog doesn't like the chews?

We built every formula on real freeze-dried protein because picky dogs are real and we planned for them. If your dog still won't accept it, reach out within 90 days — we'll make it right. No return shipping, no fine print.

Are the products safe for puppies?

Most Feel Good formulas are not recommended for puppies under 6 months — this is noted on each product label. For puppies 6 months and older, a quick conversation with your vet before starting any supplement is a good call. Most formulas are appropriate with vet guidance.

Where are your products made?

What makes Feel Good Pet different from other functional treats/supplements?

Most pet supplements use long ingredient lists with small doses of each ingredient. Feel Good does the opposite...fewer ingredients, therapeutic doses, real freeze-dried protein as the carrier. Every ingredient has a job. Nothing is added to pad the label.

Why do you use freeze-dried protein as the carrier?

Because picky dogs and cats eat it. Real freeze-dried protein smells and tastes like food, not a supplement. It also holds our formulas together without the synthetic binders and starchy fillers that inflate other products' ingredient counts.

What proteins do you use?

Depending on the formula, we use freeze-dried beef, duck, or sockeye salmon; all single-source, all real food. Duck is used where a new protein source matters for food-sensitive dogs. Salmon is used in our cat formula specifically for its omega-3 profile. Beef is used where broad palatability is the goal.

Are your products grain-free?

Yes. Feel Good formulas contain no grains, no wheat, no corn, and no soy. With 3–6 total ingredients per formula, there simply isn't room for fillers and we wouldn't add them if there were.

Do your products contain artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives?

No. We use natural vitamin E (tocopherols) as the only preservative across every formula. No artificial colors, no synthetic flavors, no mystery additives. What's on the label is everything that's in the bag.

Are Feel Good products tested for quality and safety?

Yes. Every batch is produced in a USA-based facility to meet quality standards for pet supplements. We stand behind the accuracy of every label, the dose you read is the dose your pet receives.

How do I know which formula is right for my pet?

Start with the primary thing you want to support gut health, skin and coat, joint comfort, daily calm, or daily ECS balance. Each Feel Good formula is built for one job done well. If your pet needs support in multiple areas, our Probiotic + Hemp formulas combine gut and ECS support in one scoop.

Can I give my pet more than one Feel Good product at once?

Certain formulas are designed to complement each other. The most common pairings: Hotspot & Itch + Probiotic (skin and gut together), Mobility + Daily Hemp (joint structure and ECS support), or Calming Chews daily + Probiotic for dogs with anxiety and gut sensitivity. When in doubt, consult your vet.

What is the endocannabinoid system and why does it matter?

The endocannabinoid system (ECS) is your pet's built-in regulatory network — it helps manage mood, sleep, gut function, comfort, and balance. ECS receptors are found throughout the brain, nervous system, GI tract, and skin. Daily Hemp Oil supports this system consistently, the way it's meant to be supported.

Why do you use spore-forming probiotic strains?

Because they survive. Most probiotic strains — including Lactobacillus, the most common type in pet supplements — are destroyed by stomach acid before they reach the intestine. Spore-forming strains are encased in a natural protective shell. They survive the trip, colonize the gut, and do the work. 1 billion CFU that arrive beats 10 billion that don't.

Is taurine really necessary for cats?

Yes — and most cat owners don't know this. Cats cannot synthesize taurine on their own, which makes it a dietary essential. How long should I give chews/food toppers before evaluating results?

It depends on the formula and every dog is different. Calming Chews work situationally within 30–60 minutes. Probiotics show digestive changes in 1–2 weeks; full microbiome shift at 3–4 weeks. Skin supplements like Hotspot & Itch: give it 4 weeks minimum. Joint supplements (Mobility): early signs at 3–4 weeks, full structural benefit at 6–8 weeks. Daily Hemp: ECS baseline at 30 days.
